Our staff is First Aid/CPR/AED Certified for our guests’ safety. At all times, there is a CPR certified staff member working who is also trained in the use of our on-site AED.

Sarah has over 30 years of experience in the Museum industry and is passionate about history, our community and children.
Briana Sullivan
Deputy Director
Briana has worked in the Museum field for almost a decade. She is proud to say one of her first jobs in museums was working as a clerk in CMAS’s Caroline Street grocery store! Now, as Deputy Director, she is dedicated to creating accessible education opportunities for children all across the Capital Region — though she has a soft spot for teaching about archaeology, dinosaurs, and space.

Dawn Baldwin
Director of Operations
Dawn has been working in the children’s museum field for over 20 years. She loves what she does, and feels that educating adults on the importance of learning through play is vital. Dawn loves that she gets to go to work and get to play with kids, introduce them to new concepts and ideas, and laugh every day at the amazing things they say.

Guest Experience & Operations Manager
Abby grew up visiting the Museum and is thrilled to apply her skills to the role of Guest Experience and Operations Manager! In this role she brings a deep love for the local community and a passion for making Museum experiences memorable for everyone. Abby ensures a welcoming, fun, and safe environment for every visitor who walks through the Museum doors!

Cam Snyder
Field Trip and Program Coordinator
In their position of Fieldtrip Coordinator, Cam helps organize and teach fieldtrips. They hope to facilitate creativity, excitement, and curiosity in students through trips to the Museum.

Art Program Coordinator & Museum Educator
Caroline has over 30 years’ experience in Art Education through her own studio, museums, schools and the community. She is a lifelong learner, involved in child and adult development through creative engagement of the world and fostering connectivity with each other.

Jacob Baldwin
Environmental Educator
As a child, Jacob spent the majority of his school holidays and breaks visiting the Children’s Museum of Science and Technology. Now as an adult, he wishes to spread the joy and wonder that a museum can create with today’s generation.

Lauren grew up visiting museums with her family, often exploring the Children’s Museum of Science and Technology in Troy. Now, as Marketing and Special Events Manager, she brings that early sense of wonder full circle — using her marketing background to elevate the Museum through events, storytelling, and community partnerships. She’s excited to connect with families and help the Museum continue to grow as a joyful, welcoming space.
