Private Parties

You and your guests can enjoy the Museum all to yourselves by booking one of our private party times!

To accommodate parties of more than 15 children, a Private Party time slot is required.

Includes:

Admission for 15 children plus the Birthday Child and accompanying adults to The Children’s Museum at Saratoga for the day! ($15 each additional child)
Museum play for one hour and party room for one hour.
Table coverings and earth friendly place settings.
Party Leader for 2 hours.
Free return admission passes for all child party guests.
The Children’s Museum at Saratoga party favors for all child party guests.
Private use of The Museum for the two hour duration of your party.
Guided Program/Activity of your choosing from the following:
- - 3, 2, 1 Blast Off
  - Colorful Creators
  - Dino Explorers
  - Kitchen Chemists

Museum Members $300

Future Members $325

Additional Items:

Melissa & Doug Art Party Favor – $5 each
Additional Party Leaders, $40.00. (Parties with more than 21 children must book a second party leader.)

To schedule your birthday party please contact The Museum at 518-584-5540 or email us at info@cmssny.org.
Dates fill quickly, so call early to reserve your party. An advance 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a party spot.
Rescheduling:
A $25 fee will be applied if a reserved party is rescheduled at any time. If a party must be rescheduled due to inclement weather or illness, rescheduling fee is waived.
