The Children’s Museum at Saratoga’s school vacation workshops are created to engage and enrich children’s out of school time through learning and play. These workshops are half-day programs that are designed to build children’s critical thinking skills, curiosity and love of learning. They are designed to challenge each child to think outside the box and to challenge what they know and how they learn.
• School Vacation Workshops are open for all children in K through 3rd grade.
• Each Workshop is $25 for members / $30 for future members
• Workshop length: 3 hours
• Pre-registration required, in order for workshop to run we need a minimum of 5 participants.
11/10/2017 – 9am-noon – Mini Masterpieces
In this camp program, children will express their inner artist as they paint away the morning! We will have the opportunity to mix mediums, experiment with different kinds of paint and explore new painting techniques in this art inspired camp.
11/22/2017 – 9am-noon – SustainABLE You!
Sustainability means healthy people, communities, and environments, now and in the future. Join us for this fun and interactive camp as we work our way through a series of Sustainability experiments brought to you by the NISE Network. We will investigate cool new sustainable products, participate in creating a sustainable community and explore what to do when resources get scarce!
