The Children’s Museum is conducting a campaign to raise $500,000 to be used for the expansion and renovation of the Museum.
For 25 years the Children’s Museum at Saratoga has inspired curiosity, sparked imagination and nurtured discovery for generations of young children in the community through a variety of interactive exhibits and educational programs. In order to meet the increased demand for learning opportunities offered by the Museum and bring the Museum into the 21st century, we need to develop our current facilities. As pictured, a space of 1100 square feet will be added to the second floor rear of the building. Additionally a new entranceway, parking lot, and various new exhibits will enhance our existing space.
To date, we have received several generous donations totaling approximately $285,000 to “kick off” the campaign! We are asking support from the greater Saratoga Springs community to attain the balance of $300,000 in order to meet our final goal of $500.000.
Our goal is to break ground in the autumn of 2015 and we will utilize the project as a teaching/learning opportunity for the children of our community.
Thank you for your consideration. We look forward to sharing our new facility with you! Sincerely,
